Early Career Trainee – Bently Nevada Sales Support

The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker
Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their
traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is ‎12 months in
(Job Location Dhahran/ Saudi Arabia) and will develop your technical knowledge
and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.
As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:
* Learning Product/Service Knowledge: Understand the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Bently Nevada products and services. Familiarize yourself with the target market and customer needs.
* Sales Support: Assist sales managers in administrative tasks, including preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
* Sales Reporting: Assist in gathering and analyzing sales data, including sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Contribute to generating insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and achieve targets.
* Training and Development: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of sales processes. Seek feedback from mentors and supervisors to continuously improve performance.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as commercial, customer service managers, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process.

T o be successful in this traineeship you will:
* Have a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred Graduated within the last ‎24 months.
* Have achieved a cumulative GPA of ‎3.0 out of ‎4.0
* Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
* Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge
* Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or industry events.
