Job Description
The Position holder is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and
reliable operations to Customers with commissioning engineering experience in
mid-stream and downstream oil & gas operations namely Sea water treatment ,
Gas dehydration, Oil dehydration and desalting and Produced water treatment
The Field Service Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service
delivery, implements standard work instructions and manage risk during service
delivery. The position reports to the PSD Manager.
Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving
problems, and work well in teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Commissioning field specialists are engaged in the testing of facilities, equipment and plants to make sure they function correctly and produce the expected results.
* Commissioning field specialists are responsible for commissioning and overseeing the installation of various equipment, plants and systems on site.
* They ensure products are working according to their specifications and meet the clients need.
* They may also offer advice on or improve upon operational procedures.
* They will also investigate, diagnose and repair faults as well as creating and conducting test procedures.
* Identifying problems and shortcomings with existing systems.
* Co-ordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation.
* Producing or assisting in the production of all test and commissioning documentation.
* Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements.
* Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test dossier.
* Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary plant performance in accordance with project requirements.
* Experience required on Sea water treatment - Membrane filtration systems , Gas treatment packages, Produced water treatment packages,& Oil treatment system.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Years of specific experience: ‎3 to ‎10 years of relevant experience in the same role.
* Degree and qualification level: Accredited degree in engineering subjects preferably Electrical/Chemical/Process Engineering or equivalent .
* Expertise: Plant operations experience in the area of Process Engineering.
* Strong HSE skills and customer service skills.
* Fluency in English.
