Inbound Supervisor

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role Inbound
Supervisor based in KSA- Dhahran.

Objective :

To supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within
clear guidelines to help manage shift performance of your team in order to
drive operational standardization and delivery of key objectives. To ensure
current processes are established in work Instructions and are being trainings
in Excellence School and bring new standards to operation.

General Responsibilities:

Provides direct and administrative supervision to the team.
* Creates and maintains required efficiency standards throughout all processes within the site.
* Ensures that outbound customer product is compliant according to compliance manuals.
* Supervises the daily work and safety of employees engaged in receiving, replenishing and storing inbound product, including all warehouse functions, receivers and day forklift operators
* Conducts receiving and location audits daily ensuring all required receiving documentation is accurately completed
* Ensure we have the right number calculated for Operational equipment and they are being maintained in adherence to the service provider contracts.
* Ensure that Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at relevant place for employees and that employees are working according to the standard established.
* Analyze and understand health and safety related risks for our associates, take action to reduce or eliminate these risks according to a prioritized plan.
* Take responsibility for managing and running a safe operation and driving a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
* Maintain accurate records in data system, with detailed information on customer contacts.

Qualification :
*
Bachelor's degree in supply chain Management, Materials Management, Economics,
Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business
Administration, Purchasing and Logistics Management or equivalent.
* ‎8 years of experience in Supply chain Management, materials management, procurement, forecasting or planning .

Knowledge & Skills:
*
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
* Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
* Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
* Leadership skills and ability manage staff.
* Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to lead change processes
* Experience in managing P&L
* Communication and presentation skills
