As a Maintenance Supervisor - CWI, you'll be overseeing a relatively large
team of technicians. You will collaborate with both direct reports and teams
to deliver solutions for complex problems. You'll contribute to the success of
a large team that plays an integral part in our business.
As an Maintenance Supervisor - CWI, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with team and manager to deliver solutions for complex problems.
* Translating and communicating work demands for direct reports, while maintaining work records and data analysis to suggest and improve overall KPIs.
* Initiating actions after action calls for business development, while working with direct management to determine cost efficient ways to perform.
* Ensuring all inventory supplies, hand tools and resources required to run activity are available.
* Resolving complaints, personal problems and escalate them to direct management if needed.
* Implementing QHSE policies and guiding the team to adhere to policies.
* Reviewing and witnessing material load and unload, while perform risk analysis.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have completed Bachelor studies in a mechanical or related field with at least proven experience in Maintenance.
* Have a minimum of experience in Oil & Gas / Energy sector with experience in Completions & Well Intervention.
* Have previous experience in leading a team.
* Have the ability to work on problems and display problem solving skills
