About the job
The IT applications support role provides technical support; analyse issues,
maintain, and provide solutions/workarounds to end users on existing
applications and technology like ERP; sales applications, warehousing systems,
BI tools, etc. You should understand diverse business needs and have some
solution in-sight and technical skills. You execute the technical/functional
implementation and can present ideas for IT colleagues and the team.
Manage, implement, and execute activities related to projects. Coordination
and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

Doing so, you will:
* Provide support to end users' on business applications such as ERP; sales applications, warehousing systems, BI tools, etc.
* Identify and assess technological solutions where required
* Analyse and document business requirements, processes.
* Support end user trainings and user documentation
* Document and follow best IT practices and policies
* Execute different application maintenance/deployment activities when needed
* Manage, implement, and execute activities related to projects
* Provide general IT support and help redirect issues
* Work in collaboration with cross functional teams; internal and external stakeholders and vendors
* Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned

The candidate should:
* Have previous working experience as IT applications support/systems analyst for ‎4-‎5 year(s)
* Masters/Bachelor's degree in IT/computer science or related technology field. You like to work with multi-cultural environment and with people across the region
* Preferably having previous work experience in FMCG industry
* Experience supporting busines applications like ERP (D365/SAP), Sales systems (Sales force/CRM), Warehousing systems/applications, BI tools.
* Knowledge of SQL, etc to query database is a plus
* Experience using O365 tools
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Well organized, ability to prioritize and manage tasks
