The engagement will be on Locum basis for a period of 6 months and involve all
projects of the Hospital during the stage including Civil, MEP, and
installation of Medical equipment during this period.
Should be able to meet, co-ordinate and discuss the project deliverables and
scope with vendors and ensure timely completion.
Compliance to Civil Defense and regulatory requirements as mandated by MOH.
Compliance to the Joint Commission International ( JCI ) facility management
standards and measurable elements.
Manages equipment maintenance requests.
Identifies and pursues opportunities to optimize effectiveness.
Manages the accounts payable function of the parts and equipment procurement
process.
Is responsible for the identification and management.
Should be graduate with Project Management/Engineering qualifications.
Expected to be below 45 years of age.
Should have the experience of working for Healthcare projects in UAE.
