**Taaleem requires qualified PA to SLT for a public-private partnership

elementary school in Dubai.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized personal assistant to
perform personalized administrative duties for the Principal. In this role,
you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling
correspondence on behalf of the Principal. You may also be required to make
travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.
The post holder will be the primary point of contact for all parents, guests,
and customers.

Education: Good general education appropriate to the post
Experience: A minimum of ‎2 years working in a similar field
Competencies:
* Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
* Excellent telephone manner
* Experienced in Microsoft Office
* Good-natured
* Well-groomed and courteous
* Understanding of general reception tasks with excellent customer facing skills
* A multi-tasker able to support the Management Team with administration

History of Taaleem

The origins of Taaleem began in ‎2004 when Beacon Education, a school
management company was set up to develop and run high quality education
