Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Receive investment forms (locals and internationals) from DPWS free zones specialist and send them to the GAFI.
* Receive receipt of insurance documents for foreign shipments from the insurance company.
* Send the international investments by DPWS courier to customs clearance companies at the airport and Alexandria port.
* Deliver the local FZA (Free Zone Approval) to DPWS Free Zones Specialist.
* Receive 9 DE ( ك م ) form from DPWS free zone specialist to sign it from the customs tariff and customs accounts.
* Release items that listed at 9 DE ( ك م ) Form after arranging with custom Gates.
* Archive the documents that related to free zone activities.
* Hand over storage and inspection documents to GAFI and Free zone custom.
* Hand over copies documents of the free zones to the GAFI, as well as requests for amendment and cancellation of GAFI investment.
* Receive Form 13 after its approval to the DPWS Free Zone Specialist.
* Follow up the entry of the international shipments with the customs gates, issue entry cards, make sure that the customs officer signs the dispatch requests and deliver them to the DPWS warehouses.
* Receive storage and inspection after its approval and deliver them to DWS free zone specialist.
* Receive dispatch requests for international shipments from the Customs office and deliver them to DPWS free zone specialist.
Qualifications :
High Education (bachelor's degree).
Experience:
From 0 to 2 years of experience
Skills:
Good English Language skills both Written and Spoken
Good computer skills specially in using MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Good communication skills.
Abilities:
Ability to response quickly in Emergency cases.
