* Bachelor's degree preferable in Law.
* Vey good in translation (Arabic><English)
* Minimum of 3 years work experience in performing such functions with the related knowledge.
* Analytical and administrative skill.
* The ability to work under pressure

* V. Good in MS Office programs: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
* . Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Meet all administrative requests from the Head of Legal.
* Assist in drafting correspondences in good Arabic & English languages.
* Making various translations (Arabic/English) - English-Arabic).
* Follow up renewal & expiry of all Company corporate related documentations.
* Keep records and filling of various documents including contracts, correspondence & other legal documents.
* Assist in maintaining claims register for all cargo & container claims as well as insurance claims.
* Design, prepare, and maintain reports and presentations.
* Keep the confidentiality and assure discreet handling of all business.
* Coordinate various legal related tasks.
* Coordinating with the legal counsel of the Company in liaison with Head of Legal for all corporate related legal matter.
* Assist in preparing board materials.
* Assist in preparing board resolutions, obtain board approval and complete/follow up the authenticated with various Egyptian Authorities.
* Perform other related works as required.
