Context

Position summary
To ensure consistent support, within the frame of All Projects of all tenders
to be issued and contracts in Saudi Arabia . The assignment has to consistent
with our company 's standard terms of contract management, with the
supervision of the direct Legal Counsel / Contract Manager of KSA and the
support of the Project Directors and Veolia Middle East HQ legal department.
He or she will collaborate with a legal team or work independently to evaluate
bids and draft documents.
Responsibilities
*
Draft, review, negotiate contracts, subcontracts and letters, in collaboration
with the Legal Counsel / Contract Manager and support of Veolia Middle East
legal department.
* Ensure that contracts and subcontracts, tenders issued and proposals received are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.
* Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
* Track of the contract management process and document management.
* Achieve of specific standards for issuing tenders to contractors and subcontractors.
* Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
* Interacting with contractors, suppliers and clients as necessary & with the guidance of the Legal Counsel / Contract Manager
* To support in registration and incorporation of new legal entity
* To ensure timely update of licenses and related government requirements of all the contracts in scope ( current and upcoming ones ) To ensure update of company documents e.g CR , authorized signatories etc .
* Any related task/ Job with in the related area assigned by the Legal contract manager
Experience and/or qualification
* Hold Bachelor 's Degree from recognized university. Master's degree is an advantage.
* Minimum 1 years relevant experience
knowledge & skills
* Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow.
* IT: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Google Suite knowledge is a plus
* Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
