Basic Functions
Responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data. Must be
able to work with confidential information in a responsible manner. Support
the team in the implementation of ERP system by collecting, managing, and
processing the data. Position is located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
A. Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Ensures complete and accurate data entries into ERP systems.
2. Supports and in the same time educates the end-users in using the ERP
system.
3. Responsible to solve technical issues faced by end users in regards to use
the ERP system.
4. Must meet all daily, weekly, and monthly end goals and deadlines as
needed.
5. Resolve problems with incorrect data, missing data and failure of source
documents to arrive on time.
6. Ability to participate with computer systems analysts and programmers in
solving systems design problems relating to data entry.
7. Represents data entry in divisional and organization-wide planning and
quality improvement committees and initiatives.
8. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
9. Facilitates major changes in data entry processes.
10. Attend weekly ERP meeting and provide meeting notes
11. Assist with Personnel staffing and Managing of Logistics support team.
12. Other duties and task as assigned.
B. Independence: Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and
responsibilities with significant choice of methods. Authority to provide
input to the ERP Lead to assist with selecting and implementing goals and
objectives within execution of duties and responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
A. Education Level: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant
experience required.
B. Experience: 2-3 years' of relevant experience in clerical or data entry
position.
C. Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Participates in meetings and conferences, as required. Ability to communicate
effectively both orally and written with peers and customers alike. Capability
to deal effectively with people in the supervision of staff. Strong
organizational and work management skills. Ability to communicate through
email, face-to-face and Zoom meetings are paramount. Essential to create a
collaborative work environment amongst peers while demonstrating
Transformational Leadership skills that permeate throughout Vinnell Arabia
Logistical Department. Must also possess a valid driver's license.
