Job Summary.
We are looking for an organized, analytical Administrative Coordinator, with
exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to handle office duties
and admin-related operations. In this role, you will field interdepartmental
communications, utilize the company's ERP system and oversee all
administrative tasks for the Operations team and support the ongoing
Operations for Wellsite Services in Abu Dhabi.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES (not limited to):
* Maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment
* Managing office supplies and inventory
* Scheduling and managing all travel arrangements for the group.
* Raising orders on company ERP system
* Maintaining the monthly timekeeping records
* Managing and maintaining all requirements for the Engineers to travel to rig site.
* Coordinating with the Operations team to schedule training, meetings and events.
* Maintaining all office databases and records
* Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and office correspondence
* Supporting HR activities such as onboarding, visa procedures, orientation, and maintaining employee records
* Addressing and resolving administrative issues or concerns as they arise.
* Offering solutions and improvements for office / operations efficiency
EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Previous administrative or office management experience is essential.
* Previous experience in oil and gas preferred.
* Proficiency in office software e.g., Microsoft Office Suite,
* Proficiency in ERP systems (JDE Edwards) and timekeeping database.
