Qualification :
School & Graduation - Degree / Diploma / HSSC +Technical Course
Experience :
‎3 - ‎5 yrs.

Role Purpose:
To Receive, Inspect Store And Issue Goods And Materials For use In
Production Process And Supporting Activates. Jobs At This Level Work Within
Set Operating Procedures And Under Senior Technician direction.

Key Accountabilities

‎1.
Maintain a Continuous Supply Of Consumable Items To The Production Process
Moving Goods From The Storage/Warehouse areas To The Production Area Regularly
, In order To Ensure There Is No Disruption to Production Activates

‎2.
Physically Inspect Goods And Materials Received In Order to Ensure That The
Right Quantity Has Been Delivered And There are No Defects Or Damage To The
Goods Reporting Any Discrepancy/Damage Or Short Receipt To The Senior
Technician

‎3.
Originate Shop Order And Purchase Orders Based Upon Inventory Statistics
And/or Superiors Request.

‎4.
Locate And Issue Stored Items On Receipt Of Requisition Personally Delivering
Large/Heavy Items, In Order To ensure That The Correct Items Are Promptly
Supplied To Meet The Needs Of The Production Process

‎5.
Follow Progress Orders And Necessary Contact With Warehouse Department Office
etc. In Order To Ensure That The Correct Items Are Promptly Supplied

‎6.
Check And Inspect All Incoming Material And Parts Received From Warehouse
Against Order To Ensure Corrective Items Are Promptly Supplied.

‎7.
Take Appropriate Measurements to Ensure That Product Quantity And Quantity Are
In Conformance With Specification

‎8.
Ensure That All Goods And Materials Are Stored And Issued On a First Out
(FIFO) Basis In Order To Enable Effective Stock Management

‎9.
Coordinate With Maintenance Section For The Requirement Of MC Items For The
Schedule Repair In Oder To Achieve Smooth And Trouble Free Operation & Get All
Supporting Maintenance Woke Done During The Repair Days.

‎10.
Identify And Report Immediately Any Problem Discrepancy Or Abnormality
Equipment Or Process To Allow Appropriate, Prompt Corrective Action To Be
Taken

‎11.
Supervise The Activities Of Sub-Contract Coolies And Monitor Their Cleaning
Schedule.

‎12.
Plan And Supervise The House Keeping Activities And Follow Up Of Safety
Activities In Coordination With HES Department

‎13.
Collect And Report Repair Items To Maintenance In Order To Execute The Items
During Schedule Maintenance.

‎14.
Make The Date Entry/Requests Through ERP/EAM

‎15.
Transferring All The Information The Supervisors In The Plant And Updating
Them For Any Changes.

‎16.
Assist And Coordinate With The Different Departments GSD, QC, Garage , MC &
HSE

‎17.
Represent The Section In The Safety Related Matters By Attending All Safety
Meeting And Resolve All The Issues Related To Safety And Housekeeping

‎18.
Maintain All The Records Related To The Section And File Them

quaLIFICATIONS, Experience & SKILLS

• Diploma or Degree With Minimum ‎3-‎5 Years ' Experience In Similar Field


• Knowledge Of ERP & Oracle System


• Knowledge And Understanding Of Storing/Warehousing Operating And Safety Procedures


• Knowledge And Understanding Of Physical Handling And Lifting Techniques And Procedures


• Ability To Drive And Use Lifting And Stacking Equipment


• Basic Computer Skills


• Ability To Work As Part Of A Team


• English Language Skills - Written And Spoken
