* oordinate construction activities with QA/QC and safety managers to ensure compliance with approved plans.

* egistration as a licensed professional engineer is highly preferred. E
* xtensive experience of HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, utilities, BMS, sustainability, smoke control, sprinklers and rainwater systems for renovations and new constructions are required. A
* good understanding of Health and Safety legislation is highly preferred. E
* xcellent command of written and spoken English & Arabic. S
