Electrical Site Engineer

Job Description:
* Supervision
* Daily supervision of consortium partner RTCC works at site.
* Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly report of work progress and sent to Civil Works Manager.
* Attend the RFI & MIR and witness the tests on site.
* Document Control (Supervision Role)
* Monitor testing and inspection record and reports.
* Monitor safety inspection and accident logs and reports.
* Record building permit inspections and sign offs.
* Distribute new drawings, changes, approved submittals, RFI responses and other project information to all affected parties.
* Harmonization with MOI for site inspections.
* Technical
* Review to build drawings for the execution, installation and testing & commissioning.
* Monitor and supervise the works as per to build drawings.
* For any deviation or change, raise the flag to all stakeholders.
* Participation in all types of testing & commissioning of all deliverable as per contractual obligations.
* Finalization of As Built Drawings
Competency Requirements
* Candidate must have extensive experience in Electrical & Mechanical Works or similar.
* In addition they must have experience of RF, Fibre and Cat5 terminating and additional electrical IEEE and mechanical skills would be beneficial.
* Candidates must have a good understanding of Electrical & Mechanical Installation related to Buildings/Power/1st Fix and 2nd Fix Electrical Works/Earth Grounding Systems/Equipment Earth Protection/Internal Equipment Rooms/Generators Installation/Ancillary Equipment/Auto Cad Drawings
* On Site Acceptance & Handover of Electrical & Mechanical works.
* Electrical & Mechanical Site Survey.
* Able to Read /interpret Electrical, Mechanical & Co-ordinated schematic Drawings.
* Understanding of Electrical & Mechanical Processes and Procedure
* Understanding of Electrical & Mechanical Specification and Requirements.
* Good knowledge of International Standards and Saudi Building Code (SBC).
* Good understanding of testing & commissioning of generators, HVAC, Fire Fighting and related plumbing..
* Experience and understanding in Low Voltage Power Requirements, Fire Alarm systems
* Experience in Conduction Performance Tests for the Power Supply and Structured Cable, HVAC Systems, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems and related plumbing.
* Solid knowledge inapplicable Standards and Norms to conduct and Test the above mentioned Fields of work.
* Reporting into Management in term soft Microsoft Office Software and General Daily Reporting regarding Electromechanical Installation.
* Must have good coordination ability and follow up with government agencies like SCECO & other government agencies.
