Responsibilities
Direct responsibility as the PMO team's senior representative to establish and
maintain effective relationships and communication with the Client, Government
Authorities, Consultant(s), PMCs and the Contractor(s) for the successful
delivery of the Program.
2. Direct responsibility for the development of the overall Program strategy
for the execution in consultation with the Client and other team members,
inclusive of packaging, organization, schedule, phasing, logistics, legal,
insurance, loss prevention, security, etc.
3. Oversee PMO team executing Pre-Qualification, Tender Evaluation &
Recommendation for Consultants, Contractors, and 3rd party vendors.
4. Prepare the detailed construction cost estimates and schedules in
coordination with PMCs and Consultants, and interface with appropriate levels
of management to obtain project / variation order funding authorization.
5. Direct PMO team to monitor and ensure the completion of PMCs' and
Consultants deliverables in accordance with their scope of services, the
Program schedule, and the Client's requirements.
6. Direct responsibility for ensuring that no gaps exist in design, schedule,
and other requirements between PMO and PMC.
7. Oversee the development and continuous updating of the Client's
requirements for the Design and Construction and implementation by all
stakeholders.
8. Monitor progress, provide financial control and ensure the quality of the
projects within the budgets and schedules.
9. Oversee PMO team to effectively monitor PMCs and Consultants on the
delivery of necessary permits and approvals.
10. Direct PMO team with respect priorities and deliver effective leadership
to ensure performance and delivery achievements through proper line
management.
11. Provide regular updates, maintain a seamless relationship with PMO and
Program leadership on all matters, and ensure all stakeholders complying with
policies, procedures, and practices as set by the Client.
12. Coordinate Program Management Meeting with PMCs, Lead Consultants, and
other Consultants to discuss Program status and key issues that may affect the
Program.
13. Cooperate with facilities and property management operations in
commissioning and maintenance programs.
