The opportunity
Project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in
Saudi Arabia. This unique project will consist of major mixed-use development
including sports facilities, entertainment and arts along with all associated
infrastructure.
Mace is one of 3 delivery partners. We require high-calibre and experienced
people to lead integrated teams throughout each project phase.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering the programme's strategy through creating the right interfaces and interactions.
* Ensuring adequate and appropriate resources for the programme.
* Ensuring effective communication through the programme and through good stakeholder management.
* Facilitating the translation of strategy into planning and delivery across the programme.
* Ensuring appropriate, accurate financial management and control for all projects.
* Complying with all protocols, policies and procedures in relation to all staff-related matters.
* Promoting continuously and making an influence a positive safety culture.
* Providing a coherent report performance against the plan to the client and regional management.
* Acting as the public face of the programme to external stakeholders.
* Chairing executive steering group meetings.
* Providing leadership to balance value, quality, time and cost drives in order to optimise the programme.
* Directing, inspiring, motivating and encouraging a high-performing team environment.
* Engaging with HR on all aspects of recruitment and personnel management.
About you
You have relevant degree qualifications, and a master's preferred. You will
take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar
level of professional qualification.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead
strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project
management equating quality and value with the individual clients and be
hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
