POSITION OBJECTIVE
The job holder will be responsible for providing support to the HR Manager in
terms of manpower planning, resource allocation, recruitment, talent
development and HR operations within the territory
DO — Key Responsibilities
1.
Manpower Planning & Recruitment
Support in planning and preparing annual manpower acquisition plan and bugdet
for the Territory
Monitor and Support in achievement of the recruitment targets for the
Territory as per the approved manpower budget
Ensure effective utilization of the local recruitment quota (nationalisation
target)
Support in deciding on the priority recruitment channels for the Territory in
consultation with the Central Talent Acquisition
Help in all WL1 hiring ( shortlisting,scheduling, interview, selection,
negotiation and offer acceptance)
2.
Induction, Training & Development (In case applicable)
Support the Learning& Development team in the Training needs analysis for the
Territory
Assist in ensuring smooth execution of the induction process for the new
entrants ( induction training, cubicle allotment, team introduction, joining
processes and formalities etc)
Assist in conducting monthly induction workshops and ensure end to end
onboarding for new hires
Distribute Employee Services Handbook to new entrants to familiarize them
about the Company, Service Rules & Benefits
3.
Employee Relations & Talent Management
Help introduce Employee Retention/Recognition Programmes such as Employee of
the month, Long Service Award etc for the Territory
Ensure safekeeping and maintenance of all employee related files and records
Help manage and monitor the Human Resource Information system effectively to
ensure that correct and complete information is stored in the system and is
used effectively for the benefit of the organization
Enable management of employee requests on an on-going basis. These may include
but not limited to vacation requests, transfers, employee certificates, etc
Help manage and monitor the employee separation process, thereby ensuring
smooth exit of employee from the organization. This may include managing
activities such as exit interviews, full and final settlement, etc
Support in objective administration of the performance appraisal process and
accuracy in feedback collation
Support in tracking of performance management and present reports on a regular
basis to the management
Execute on-time disbursement of increments and incentive for the employees in
the territory
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies across the territory
Ensure compliance with statutory provisions with respect to people practices
and processes

Administration (In case applicable)
Support in management of administration activities like taking care of the
staying arrangements of employees, transportation, pantry, house keeping etc
Support in management of the reception and secretaries of the Territory
Monitor visa application and issue for employees in the Territory
5.
Business Context
Support business initiatives to develop a performance driven, customer-
oriented culture
Help find out the irritants which are causing non – performance, it could be
issues with the supervisor, infrastructure support, pay package, no delegation
of work etc
Help partner with the business to drive important HR initiatives

Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training
Post-graduate degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human
Resources Management
Advanced
Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience
4-5 years of experience in Human Resources
