WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Procurement & Coordination of supply chains involved airfright, container- and project road cargo shipments.
* Close cooperation and support of Mammoet worldwide satellite offices and other regions.
* Coordinating customs imports and exports of goods in cooperation with internal assets and equipment departments and Mammoet' s regional customs agency network.
* Transport with in the GCC to and from customers and project sites.
* Meeting relevant departmental standards and procedures.
* Balancing workload for the best results.
* Producing reports in line with departmental activities.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* Expert level experience in management systems. Professional level experience in MS Office suite.
* English, fluent proficiency verbal and written.
* Bachelor's degree in any decipline.
* 2 - 3 years of experience in customer / operations focused role (logictis industry will be prefered).
* Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining.
* As a vital part of our team, candidates for this role must possess exceptional negotiation skills.
