Position Objectives:
Part of Senior Program Management of the Site Acquisition Department of a
Telecom Tower Domain, to act as a Project Manager(Site Acquisition)
Job Description & Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management to help attain Site Acquisition
objectives/Targets.
Responsibilities include managing, developing, and enhancing departmental
processes, tools, and resources.
Keep track of our relationships with the Government and Municipalities and
ensure that all necessary permissions for site lease are obtained within the
agreed Service-Level Agreement (SLA).
Handle any challenges that arise with both new and ongoing projects and
identify and resolve risks and issues by implementing remediation plans.
Leading the activities under vendor responsibilities in relation to final
Baladiyah permit submission, related technical documents, engaging technical
resources as needed, etc).
Providing in a timely manner all pertinent Baladiyah documents relevant to
lease agreements.
Manage Baladiyah Permit renewal in a consistent and timely manner.
Lead SAQ internal and client meetings as required.
Manage internal department interfaces with departments like site lease and
property management within agreed SLA and KPIs.
Manage internal organizational interfaces with departments like network
demand, commercial, and operations within agreed SLA and KPIs.
Manage external interfaces like cost optimization vendors, Baladiyah, engineer
offices and site owners within agreed SLA and KPIs.
Prepare and own status reports for senior management.
Manage quality control, and consistency of data and ensure accuracy and
timeliness of documentation packages in the tracking system.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors of Civil Engineer
The ideal candidate for the position of Project Manager in PMO should have at
least 10 years of experience in leading site management for mega telecom
projects.
Additionally, a minimum of 10 years of real estate experience is preferred.
The candidate should be capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment
and delivering multiple outputs in a systematic manner, adhering to a time-
bound plan.
A Civil Engineer with a background in telecom tower and site acquisition is
preferred.
The ideal candidate should have successfully managed a portfolio of telecom
site acquisition projects worth over 100 million dollars.
Experience with Saudi EXPRO/Mashroat Process preferred.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
Excellent in preparing reports using advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Used to public speaking and interaction with multiple management layers up to
C-level executives.
Highly Energetic with good verbal and written communication in Arabic(Must)
and English
Saudi Nationality will be ideal.
