Main Purpose of the Job Electrical Supervisors are required to work in a
dynamic environment by supervise the work of other electricians in order to
provide a safe environment. They have the requisite expertise to identify
potential hazards and repairing them in time. Electrical work may be performed
in number of areas including control panels, LV switch gears, fire alarms,
starter panels for motors and other application of electrical principles.

Position * Bachelor of engineering in Electrical. * Minimum 10 year experience
in maintenance of electrical system. * Good communication skill * Driving
license is optional
Main Duties / Responsibilities
* Making work schedules, assigning work and training other electricians.
* Motivating electricians to increase their productivity and meeting deadlines.
* They have to design the electrical systems and circuits whenever required and may have to
contribute to improved designs by preparing sketches.
* They may have to purchase any new electrical equipment to facilitate any required installation and
keep precise records of such purchases.
* They have to report to the management or assistant director of the organization in a regular
basis.Troubleshoots, repair and maintenance electrical distribution system LV
switch gear, electrical
controls, VFD/AFD controllers.
* Ensuring the proper maintenance of electrical equipment's with adherence to safety norms and
regulations.
* Maintenance of UPS,
* Standard of work instruction will be followed as of ARAMCO requirements.
Minimum qualifications / educational levels required for this position *
Bachelor of engineering in Electrical.
Selection Criteria * Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively
with others. * Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential to
facilitate assistance in case of any technical problems. * Time management
skills to meet the deadlines in the specified time period. * Familiarization
with computer software programs like Office and CAD (computer-aided design)
will be an added advantage.
Special Conditions * Three to four years of experience in supervisory and
maintenance of low voltage equipment is an added advantage.
What minimum experience is required for this position 10 years in similar
position.
