Main Tasks
* Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
* Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
* Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
* Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
* Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
* Resolve any arising problems or complaints
* Supervise, coach and train warehouse and logistics workforce
* Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
* Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
* Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
* Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
* Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
* Prepare annual budget
* Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
* Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
* Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
* Must understand, comply and enforce all Takween Environmental, Safety and Health policies and applicable government Regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.)

individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff,
and providing feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and
departmental performance.
