  • Responsible for the Physical delivery of allocated segment as per contractual commitments with required HSE/Quality Standards and within cost provisions.

  • To be customer-centric and to ensure very good relations with client and consultants.

  • Responsible for heavy equipment foundation.

  • Able to effectively manage the workmen and other resources and to ensure in achieving targeted productivity levels.

  • Able to effectively manage the subcontractors and vendors. Ensuring timely processing of subcontractor measurements and reconciliations.

  • Able to coordinate with all stake holders, viz., Client, Consultants, EDRC, Project Team from other disciplines, Sub contractors, MEP works, Finishing, etc., to ensure zero abortive works and zero defects / snags.

  • Implementing & ensuring all the Safety practices in order to protect man, machinery and all other employed & deployed asset at site.

  • Implementation of Approved Project Quality Plan & Safety Plan.

  • Reviewing Work method Statements.

  • Implementing process improvements / better practices for improved productivity of resources.

  • Familiar in Studying the drawing, relevant codes, preparing BBS, quantity survey, preparing measurements / bills / reconciliation statements, etc.

  • Timely Handing over of completed utilities with proper records.

  • Any other related work as assigned by management.

  • Assisting Construction Manager / Project Manager in all project related issues.
