What you will do
As a People Partner you will be managing the designated country population
from an HR perspective; medical, paperwork, onboarding, offboarding,
administration, and payroll. You will be also tasked with the advisory role
for country managers and the global team in terms of legal issues within the
designated country

To Manage country-specific C &B operation in full.
* To Manage country-specific personnel operations in full.
* Manage the government websites.
* Liaise and align with other departments' head on country-related issues to ensure the solution.
* Maintain compliance with the local employment laws and regulations.
* Manage office budgets and expenses.
* Liaise and advises leadership on country-specific population-related matters
* Manage population grievances and complaints and works on or supervises solutions
* Manage and coordinate events and activities for employees or projects.
* Facilitate management decisions and process the administrative side e.g. internal transfers and promotions.
* Supervise facility management.
About you
you should be able to develop and update documentation of the processes and
controls under his/her responsibilities and define action plan and ensure
appropriate follow-up and completion (update procedure, implement a new
control
and other related activities).
