Parsons is now looking for highly experienced MEP Delivery Manager who can
lead a team of professionals overseeing a large prestigious high-end project
.

Parsons ' extensive experience in this field, combined with your extensive
knowledge of various disciplines to be used during construction, will propel

need our MEP Delivery Manager to be versatile and thoroughly familiar with
required contractual obligations and technical aspects of all facilities as
well as those who have exceptional communication, analytical and management
skills. In this role you will manage/monitor all onsite field construction
activities associated with the completion of a large project. Applies widely
diversified knowledge of various MEP disciplines to be used during
construction, as well as the methods and techniques to be utilized for
installation. In addition, the incumbent is also responsible for field
administration and monitoring procurement and field engineering to eliminate
all project risk.

Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the overall planning of MEP construction activities to
identify critical milestones and priorities.
Manage the preparation of all associated supporting MEP documents during
project delivery
Coordinate timely delivery of MEP services with Contractor and Supervision
Consultant
Review and monitor contractor staffing requirements for the defined scope and
schedule.
Ensures that the services of subcontractors and major construction equipment
required by the project will be available at the appropriate time to ensure
maximum efficiency and productivity.
Establishes assignments for various MEP work areas of construction operations,
monitoring progress and recommending corrective action as necessary.
Conducts performance evaluations and make recommendations
Review the assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize
efficiency, maintain schedules, and to meet budget goals.
Manage all required Testing and Commissioning for all MEP services in
conjunction with project testing and commissioning authority
Anticipates and resolves various problems such as changes in MEP scope,
slippage of schedules, and budget overruns.
Ensures that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project.
Ensures the use of sound construction practices to attain required quality
control at the maximum efficiency and minimum cost.
Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for
higher level management and clients, including formal presentations.
Ensures effective implementation of all Company and client policies and
procedures, including labor relations policies.
Serves as the primary contact with client representatives, subcontractors, and
government representatives for construction related activities. Maintains
strong client and community relations, including making presentations to local
civic organizations.
Ensure full and complete acceptance of the project MEP systems at project
handover
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be
appropriate.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction related field (or equivalent construction
related work experience), as well as a minimum ‎15+ years of direct
experience in MEP construction
A track record with PMC and Main Contractors would be a suitable background.
Requires widely diversified knowledge of construction related MEP processes
and industry practices.
Demonstrated effective managerial capability on construction projects of
comparable scope and complexity is also required, as well as excellent written
and oral communications skills.
