The Job Opportunity

We are currently looking to hire an Asset Management Systems Expert– STCA to
be based in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Purpose
The Client has requested the services of a qualified consultancy team to
provide advisory / strategic consultancy services within KSA, comprising;
* Facilities Management
* Asset Management
* Property & Estates Management
* Training & Knowledge Transfer
Reason for role
In line with the wider group strategy, the contract will be the key catalyst
in growing Serco’s reputation and involvement in A&FM; Consultancy services
within KSA.
The consultancy team’s role is to support in the lead and delivery of Serco’s
contractual obligations by ensuring the successful implementation of
deliverables set forth. .
The role will be reporting directly to the FM Expert but requires an
adaptability to complex matrix project-based work, where functional and
operational management may be fluid

Key accountabilities
Ability to understand Facility Management operations and work closely with
Facility Manager. Ability to work closely with Facility operations team for
maintenance plans by asset type Design and facilitate assets management
system. Work closely with specialized contractors / teams of AR (Asset
Registration), CA (Condition Assessment), Asset Management software. Ability
to draft Asset Management policies, strategy, assets plans keeping Life Cycle
Strategy Conduct root cause analysis, propose recommendations to improve
assets Ability to conduct business case of Capex and Opex investments of
assets based on their life cycle from assets planning to its disposal aligned
with business operating model Perform activities for project delivery
including requirements gathering, business analysis, internal and external
status reporting, as well as deliverable preparation and presentation Manage
client communications as requested including managing setting up stakeholder
meetings, preparing and delivering drafts for review and iteration, and
tracking status Maintain project timeline, deliverable, and budget tracker as
needed Perform requirements gathering activities including supporting workshop
planning and facilitation, stakeholder interviews and performing analysis on
captured information Develop metadata schemas and taxonomies based on the
relative complexity of the client needs and the information system Perform
business analysis and develop deliverables with oversight and guidance from
management for any project on the information management program lifecycle

What we are looking for in our candidates:
Essential Technical and Professional Skills ‎10 - ‎15 years of experience with
‎5-‎7 years of experience in a senior role in consultancy services. Strong time
management and organizational skills, with the proven ability to prioritize a
large volume of work effectively and efficiently with tight deadlines Asset
Management Experience is preferred. (Knowledge of Asset Management Software
like Oracle eAM or Maximo desirable but not necessary) Continuous improvement
mind set Evidence of strong communication skills and ability to build good
customer relationships with stakeholders, influencers and technical team
members Fluent in English (Spoken, Written). Arabic speakers preferred. KSA /
Middle East experience preferable. Experience in technical user training and
technical customer support desirable

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Master’s degree a plus.
Strong writing skills and experience of producing high calibre reports,
papers, presentations and thought leadership Active role in the identification
of opportunities from existing relationships and by growing new networks
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge Knowledge of international asset management best practice,
preferably in multiple sectors. ISO ‎55000 knowledge desirable BPMN or Business
Modelling knowledge Demonstrable subject matter expertise (and where
appropriate accreditation) across the following elements of O &M;: Asset
Management Standards and Best Practises Maintenance Planning/ Work Control
Sustainability Post Maintenance Testing Systems Engineering Programming
Configuration Management Asset Registration/ Information Management processes
and systems CAFM/CMMS criteria, strategy and integration Cost Indices Life
Cycle Planning Condition Assessments Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
