About this opportunity
The Front Office Team Leader is the appointed responsible for Leading Front
Office, Performance monitoring teams which are entitled for Alarms/Performance
monitoring and 1st level trouble shooting.
What you will do
*
Responsible for Operational KPIs /SLAs fulfillment according to the MS
Contract
* Conduct Operating Level Agreements (OLA) signed with other service delivery units
* Interface with Customer on various levels regarding the organization monitoring activities and performance
* Co-ordinate works with other operation work areas management e.g. Front Office Manager, Back Office Manager, Field Maintenance Manager)
* The 1st level operations organization works closely with the Customer 's/Customer, Project Teams, Business Management, Back Office, Field Operations and customer support.
* Evaluates and make pro-active recommendations for actions to improve processes as well as other services to enhance service delivery.
* Be responsible for the Organization and motivation of all operation personnel
* Conduct or participate in recruitment interviews for selection of personnel
* Team process identification, modifications & implementation tracking.
* Be able to recognizes the training requirements for personnel and give coaching where applicable
* Provide customer and Ops Assurance Director with reports of the Organization performance on a scheduled basis
* Perform LM administration tasks and competence development plan for the team
You will bring
*
Degree within Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering /
Computer Science / Computer Engineering.
* At least 8 years of experience in operations.
