Responsible for performing duties as a UH-60M Standardization
Instructor/Flight Instructor (SI/FI). Duties involve in-flightcrewmember
duties in the UH-60M aircraft and all associated simulators and training
devices. Conducts refresher, readiness level, mission, and continuation
training and evaluation of customer and non-rated crew members in accordance
with US Army Aviation Aircrew Training Manual (ATM) requirements. Conducts
academic and hands-on performance training and administer evaluations to
ensure non-rated crew member proficiency and standardization of training.
Responsible for maintaining Individual Aircrew Training Folder, (IATF) and
completing required training, currency, and readiness entries. Conducts UH-60M
Series Aircraft specific ground school instruction in a classroom environment,
providing instruction in the aircraft and flight training device(s), and
performing flight training duties to US Army standards IAW government approved
ATM, FTG, and POI requirements. Instruction may include any combination of
Individual or Group instruction in an academic classroom environment and or
aircraft or simulator.
