POSITION
Retail Transactions:
» Compute charges for merchandise or services and receive payments.
» Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic
debits.
» Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
» Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that
amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
» Greet customers entering establishments.
» Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
» Resolve customer complaints.
» Answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures or
policies.
» Recommend and provide advice on a wide variety of products and
services.
» Answer telephones to provide information.
» Receive, examine, and tag articles to be altered, cleaned, stored, or
repaired.

» Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of
cleanness, display and stock rotation..
» Implement all merchandising as per the brand's visual merchandising
guidelines.
