Contract Administrator - Stadium Precinct, All

The opportunity
Project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in
Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed use development
including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated
infrastructure. Mace is one of the Delivery Partners requiring high-calibre
and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase
of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the heads of departments and account manager in their respective areas when required.
* Assisting with projects liaison that the department is tasked to organize.
* Enhancing processes to support and facilitate customer service delivery.
* Contributing to development, maintenance, implementation and promotion of integrated management (quality, health, safety and environment) systems and processes through mobilisation and account life cycle.
* Monitoring and measuring use of Mace standard processes and procedures.
* Undertaking audits of service functions to assess compliance with qualitative and regulatory requirements.
* Assisting and training teams in undertaking performance and regulatory audits of service partners.
* Making recommendations for any new or improved processes and systems.
* Developing and writing process as part of management system and service delivery plans.
* Contributing to corporate services training delivery.
* Sharing knowledge with the FM teams across all sites
* Managing attendance tracker, annual leave calendar, sickness and including notifications to HR.
* Managing and following up training planner/completion records.
* Providing consistent contact for those on long term sick/on furlough and compiling furlough list.
* Compiling job descriptions, operations manuals and standard operating procedures and review six monthly with account lead.
About you
You have a relevant degree qualification. You have previous administration
experience with good communication, writing and editing skills. You also have
good organisation and time management skills. High level of proficiency with
Microsoft Office. You will take personal development seriously and be
chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead
strong, motivated teams. You must have experience of programme or project
management equating quality and value with individual client and be hungry to
