What this job involves
Assist the consulting team on client assignments, key tasks include market
research, financial analysis, report writing, presentation, participation in
internal and external meetings

Whilst the focus will be Riyadh-based work, some assignments may require
travel within KSA and the region i.e. Middle East & North Africa subject to
travel advisory warnings as per JLL EMEA Policy

Preparation of client pitches, presentations, and proposals

Contribute to the successful execution of other business development and
marketing initiatives as needed

Produce clear, succinct write-ups on the Riyadh and KSA market to be included
within corporate research reports and consultancy assignments

Report to the Head of Consulting as well as to the respective assignment leads
on an ongoing basis

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Strong analytical background with attention to detail

Strong organizations skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks and
prioritize

Commitment to live and work in Riyadh

Good report writing skills in MS Word

Ability to prepare succinct Power Point presentations

Excellent understanding of MS Excel and financial modelling

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; (and preferably
also Arabic)

Previous technical background in market research / real estate / financial
analysis etc.

‎0-‎2 years’ experience preferred

Relevant Master’s degree in finance / economics / business preferred.
