Beverage Manager
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is looking for a Beverage Manager, who shares a
passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. We
are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized
experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the
Director of Food & Beverage.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Provide technical guidance on beverage products and service for the other bars of the F&B operation.
* Promotes and matches beverage with food in the best possible way to suit the restaurants' cuisine and the guests' tastes and requests
* Must have prior Mixologist experience.
* Selects and curates the beverage list for the entire operation
* Has an extensive beverage knowledge
* Is responsible for leading the beverage contracts and managing cost
* Sets expenses line for Beverage Product
* Has a solid knowledge and understanding of F&B Operations, food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
* Has strong leadership and interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation
* Is energetic and has a professional approach to his/her craft
* Ensures high quality guest service in his/her area, is highly visible and actively participates in service; assists in taking and serving orders
* Has proven ability to manage multiple priorities with lean resources while delivering high-quality results
* Is proactive, hands-on and able to operate autonomously
* Is a good "judge" of people, quickly understands the environment and coaches others to improve long-term outcomes
* Has good business acumen, a strong work ethic and people-management and facilitation skills
* Has the ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
* Has a positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach
* Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively
* Is flexible with his/her schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
Experience
Minimum of ‎2 years of experience working in a related work
Work Authorization
Hotel will apply for the work authorization for the successful candidate
