Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead ELV to join our team! I
What You'll Be Doing:
* Performs complex ELV engineering tasks and particularly important engineering work efficiently and accurately.
* Extracts engineering information from CAD drawings.
Completes a variety of assignments such as drawings, specifications, and other
materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes.
* Frequently interfaces with other Engineering disciplines as well as other departments.
* Reviews supplier drawing submittals and performs technical bid analyses.
* Validate the projects specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents if required.
* Review and validate the design packages papered by the Lead Design consultants.
* Draft and prepare the Scope of Work documents.
* Lead and handle the tender process for ELV/ICT/Security/AV packages.
* Have a strong design/ engineering experience in hospitality sector including all ELV/ICT/Security/AV packages (all project phases).
* Have a strong experience in smart parking systems and integration stage requirements.
* Provides technical guidance to all relevant stakeholders including Employer, design consultants, Site Supervision consultant, Contractors.
* Land and manage the design/engineering meetings, and workshops with all related stakeholders.
* Respond to the RFI, letters, and any related Correspondences.
* Have extensive experiences in the intentional codes, standards, regulations, and local KSA local codes for ELV/ICT/Security/AV package
* May be required to provide the seal and signature of the professional engineer, as appropriate, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances.
* May act in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on engineering related matters.
* Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering (or related field) and typically 10+ years of related work experience. Professional Engineer registration may be required.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
* Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required
