What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer services.


• Always strive towards best customer satisfaction.


• Greet customers and present menus.


• Make suggestions based on their preferences.


• Take and serve food/drinks orders.


• Up-sell when appropriate.


• Arrange table settings.


• Follow Kitopi and the brands ' standards.


• You'll be working in our fast moving; high energy environment and we're looking for people with high energy and that can work as part of a team within diverse groups of people

Who Are We Looking For?

• ‎2+ years of relevant experience in preferably QSR or Retail background


• Ability to speak, read and understand the English language is mandatory


• Ability to converse Arabic language is required for this role


• You must be someone who leads by example, you don 't fold under pressure. In fact, you thrive in fast-paced environments.


• You must be an achiever through team work.


• Understand the importance of maintaining high standards of product quality and cleanliness
