Job Description
Application Support / Technical Support with Banking Expereince
Following are the responsibilities of NPE banking application / systems
support:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent Listening ability and patience
* Very good customer service and relationship management
* Manage non production environment (NPE)
* Monitor NPE environment performance
* Monitor banking application performance
* Operation of banking applications (5- 10 apps)
* Create and execute applications test cases
* Execute and report SIT/UAT results if needed
* Arrange/execute projects SIT and UAT deployments
* Schedule projects SIT and UAT time slots
* Identify NPE dependencies and resolve conflicts
* Review/update projects implementation schedule
* Identify and resolve banking application issues
* Cooperate with OS, DB, hardware, and network administrators to resolve application issues.
* Manage testers and users' expectations during SIT and UAT
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information
technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
