Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Service Architect responsible for providing
engineering service functions to support the Service to the customer by
analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end solutions
based on the customer specifications and business needs. The role will have
the responsibility to meet with the customer while also being responsible for
collaboration with the Ericsson Service Delivery Unit (SDU) to secure the
performance and lifecycle of the Service.
You will:

Responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-
to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and business
needs.
* Responsible for short and long-term profitable business by translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
* Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high-level design phases.
* Scope, define & design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
* Analyze customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis
* Work with the core team on a list of potential activities & solutions
* Develop technical presentations & proposals, & perform customer presentations
* Support deployment of the solution
* Provide feedback to R&D
* Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing
* Stay on top of new technology/technical areas & share information about solutions to enable customer competence to build
To be successful in the role you must have:

BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
* Knowledge of EMM, and SDP domain products (e g Ericsson SDP suite MSDP, ECE, Exadata, TIBCO) is a plus
* Knowledge in IP networking (Diameter, TCP/IP, SOAP, USSD, HTTP)
* Knowledge in ESB, SOAP, SMPP, DIAMETER
* Proven track record with IT & Telecommunication Customers
* Prior experience working with customers in the middle eastern region is a plus
* Experience in Managed Services will be a plus
