Metso Outotec Saudi Arabia are now looking for Pumps Service engineer to join
our Pumps team with focus on Metso Outotec customers in Middle East . Not an
ordinary position, this role looks after pumps equipment Installations,
commissioning, supervision, maintenance and services, and is located most of
his time on customer premises.

Target of the role is to provide expertise and service support what comes to
Pumps, slurry pumps and hydrocyclones at our installed base. Located in the
front line the responsibility of this candidate is to familiarize with the
installation in question and generate proactive maintenance practice for
customer technical organization as well as to discover information and
expertise to support with technology operation and long term improvements.

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job responsibilities as following

Responsible for assisting with or completion of all assigned projects and
field jobs as to design, specifications, and equipment requirements as
required.

Troubleshooting, Overhauling, Installation Pre- commissioning & commissioning
of pumps during Mechanical Run Test & Performance Test of Pump & Mechanical
seal.

Ensures that the equipment, tools, and company property are adequately
maintained to provide length of service.

Recommend procedures, parts and equipment for long-term operation of equipment
to customers.

Demonstrates cooperative team spirit, works effectively with other groups and
demonstrates respect for others

Participates in internal and external meetings to support customer project
requirements.

In collaboration with department, help determine need for emergency on-site
service versus scheduled service for customer concerns and issues. Assist in
resolving problems and concerns of clients and customers

Provides emergency on-site service for customers when required.

Shows commitment to professional ethics and focuses on meeting the needs and
expectations of both internal and external customers

Creates, edits and submits Field Service reports on time and with proper
content as defined by your manager.

Performs other duties/special projects as required or requested

Collaborating with sales team for spares parts sales

Qualifications and experience

Completed university degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or
equivalent.
Minimum ‎3-‎5 years in same industry and same position
Adept at project management, ideally with globally distributed resources, as
well as experience with special purpose machines made of welded and machined
parts
Experience with digital tools, such as condition monitoring or sensor
technologies is desirable
Ability to manage costs and technical efficiencies, meet quality standards,
time management, and organize, prioritize and manage projects
Proficiency with development and product lifecycle management tools such as
Teamcenter, Inventor professional, or SAP
Willingness to travel to projects and customer sites with ~ ‎60 %
Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of Arabic is desirable
