Ensures achievement of Brand P&L through implementation of effective brand
guidelines, daily sales monitoring and strong coordination of with area sales
operation teams.
Directly accountable for all stock merchandising and store density.
Responsible for all relations management and feedback with respective brand,
in addition to direct responsibility for operational alignment and adherence
to standards agreed.
* Development and delivery of brand business plan; strategy, planning, targets and expansion
* Responsible to your brand for delivery of brand standards & guidelines; providing constant and useful feedback on product and forecasts
* Manages and monitors brand budget & margins (P&L)
* Monitor and plan sales per sqm, sell through rates, stock in hand, planning and transfer orders
* Ensure minimal terminal stock; responsible for clearance of terminal stock
* Work closely with VM Planning manager to ensure that store visuals are to the standards required
* Review store locations, making recommendations on current and future store needs
* Working closely with marketing on all brand and promotion related activities
* Review and agree promotions activities and calendar with Brand
* Ensure promotions are delivered on time, within budget and to target; responsibility over the materials development as well as regulatory affairs
* Give direction to training and employee engagement departments to increase workforce productivity and staff retention within your brand
* Oversee the quality of the hiring and support delivery of saudization
* Constant competitor analysis to ensure your brand is positioned and achieving best in market results
Required Skills
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 7 Years brand focused sales and operations experience; specifically with apparel products
* Strong merchandising and visual experience
* Ability to present your achievements made in increasing brand performance
* Well versed in Microsoft office applications (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint…).
* High Level of Creativity (Must be able to communicate, sketch etc.).
* Strong organization and time management skills
* Good communication skills
* Creativity with an eye for detail
* Know when to use external agencies versus internal solutions
* Strong sense of style, design, and color
* Thorough understanding of the retail and fashion industry and the latest developments
* Work well under pressure, positive attitude.
* Must be able to have flexibility under scrutiny and open to constructive feedback.
