As a Roaster Specialist , you'll play an integral role in the success of our
Production teams. You'll be responsible for receiving, producing and shipping
to departments to ensure orders are flowing through on time and following
Standard Operational Procedures.
Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and build the production team, working together to create a world-class production capability and capacity.
* Fulfill in-house coffee roasting production requirements and continue to develop production strategies, programs, and processes that scale production efficiency and utilization as Hjeen Roaster continues to grow.
* Maintain continuity of roasting profiles of various blends
* Create and maintain activity/job logs as required
* Set growth and performance benchmarks.
* Meet specified production performance targets of quality, output, cost and waste reduction
* Follow and support all Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices rules and regulations.
Qualifications
* Confidence with production systems, equipment, and software.
* Fast Learner and has time management skills.
* Basic MS office skills.
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* Fluent in English and Arabic preferred.
* A deep love for great coffee, food, and exceptional customer experiences.
* Based in Riyadh and flexible to move.
