Job Description
* Defining/determine project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
* Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
* Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget
* Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities
* Managing delivery of the project according to the plan
* Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
* Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
* Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to management and key stakeholders
* Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget
* Identifying and mitigating potential risks
* Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction
* Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
* Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
* Other tasks as needed

Additional Information
* Bilingual Arabic / English
* The ability to lead a small team and manage a program from soup to nuts - project/program management, client-facing experience, and event planning experience are ideal.
* Able to oversee and lead operations in a fast-paced environment.
* A creative problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to produce exceptional results with limited resources.
* Capable of multitasking, able to prioritize workflow and manage multiple projects with minimal to moderate direction
* Passion for social innovation, entrepreneurship.
* Ability to quickly 'get up the curve' on various business models and industries, and provide 'value-add' advice.
* Demonstrated ability to cultivate, build, and maintain strong working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
