Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible of managing the Projects in the
implementations of Health Matrix in respect to resources, timeframes, budgets,
and deliverables. This position is also responsible for ensuring each Project
is performed in accordance with Health Matrix implementation procedures and
fulfills the contractual requirements for each specific Project.
Project Manager provides leadership, encompassing project planning, governance
and project management. In addition, ensures all projects administered adhere
to the best practices, and standard approaches for project management. Also,
manages changes and promotes the continuous improvement of project management
related processes.
The Project Manager should contribute to the successful and timely deployment
of robust products and customer solutions by providing application knowledge
and product specialist services in the functional areas of product
implementation, requirements scoping, design documents and change request
testing. Act as an "expert" product resource for customers, as well as
communicating and prioritizing customer requirements.

• Manage project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability.


• Manage the Project and the processes therein - including the definition and on-going monitoring of the Project Management / Implementation Plan.


• Execute and align the project scope, goals, detailed milestones and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders


• Produce the Project Management / Implementation Plan


• Produce and Manage the Project Plan, the Quality Plan, the Communications Plan, and Define the resource plan


• Represent the needs of the Implementation Team during the pre-sales stage


• Carry out resource planning and management


• Carry out the management and escalation of risks and issues


• Manage the project budget


• Ensure that the project team members are aware of and remain compliant with all the relevant procedures and policies


• Proactively manage changes in project scope throughout the project


• Ensure appropriate communication between the members of the project team and report on project progress and other project specific information to stakeholders


• Lead the 'handover to support' activities after go-live


• Lead the 'lessons learned' activities for whole project life cycle


• Produce the Project Closure Report, in case this is needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of ‎5 years' experience in IT Healthcare industry


• An analytical approach to work


• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills


• Fluent in English language


• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal


• Ability to learn new processes, tools and technologies(as required)


• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously


• PMP or Prince Certified is preferred


• Stamina to meet deadlines


• The ability to work under pressure


• Knowledge in commercial side for SW projects


• Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in project management


• Lead a geographically distributed team


• Manage and deploy initiatives by influence


• Develop and deliver presentations and demos

All employees must be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia with valid
and transferable IQAMA.
