Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Controls Director to
join our team! In this role you will get to lead a talented Project Controls
department and work with one of the premier Mega-projects in Riyadh
What You'll Be Doing:
* Define the strategy for the development in respect to project controls
* Custodian of all process and procedures, workflows and the PMIS system
* Custodian of the Baseline schedule and all associated sub schedules
* Owner of all reporting and management of on time preparation of reports
* Custodian of the Risk Mgmt team.
* Progress reporting and assessment of work completed, earned value and related analysis
* Key member of the Program Leadership team
* Managing a team of 20 - 30
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

* Planning / Scheduling
* Risk
* Reporting
* Highly skilled in Reporting software
* PMIS systems
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
* Require 25+ years direct, relevant experience with cost and scheduling and/or Project Management in an Engineering & Construction environment
* Require experience establishing a PMC for a client organization
* Preferably a degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Project Management
