We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will develop and implement an
adapted product strategy consistent with the company's' vision in KSA whilst
conveying product expertise and be the referent of the category. You will
develop business and achieve budget of the defined product category in the
region and be the key coordinator between Regional and local markets.
Definition of the market marketing & product strategy
* Lead the market product strategic plan along with the Head of Marketing & Communication: market analysis, Cartier KSA diagnosis, clients dynamics and trends, budget proposal, priorities and action plans definition in order to reach targeted budget.
* Work closely with the regional teams to adapt local marketing & communication strategies.
* Liaise with all departments on key launches to guarantee a 360 consistent approach:
Brief, share guidelines and support boutiques on key launches.
* Propose budget by collection & category, monthly budget proposal and is responsible of the revision based on performance.
Lead the product categories & convey specific expertise
* Animate and lead dedicated communities to drive the business and reinforce the level of knowledge of the sales team
* Revise sales forecasts on a monthly basis based on clients trends and collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure adequate product stock.
* Work closely with Operations & Distribution Manager to identify new trends in the market & notify the regional team to adapt product & stock accordingly.
Launch new products and develop specific exclusivities for the Saudi
market
* Define sales forecasts and assortments on novelties in collaboration with the regional Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
* Define, adapt and pilot 360 launch plan and coordinate its implementation with all the departments.
* Brief the Region on specific product development exclusivities for the Saudi market.
* Follow up on sales and provide specific recommendations.
* Liaise with the Communication team to define investment behind specific launches & assess results & impact on business after campaigns.
Required experience
5-6 years of experience in Marketing (Luxury, Fashion, FMCG)
Ability to read, write & speak English, Arabic & French are a "plus"
