Job Responsibilities
1. Plan & Execute the Annual Marketing Calendar for the Concept.
2. Drive incremental traffic to the stores across KSA through associations
with Banks, Fast Food Chains etc.
3. Use market & business insights to conceptualize Promotional Plans to drive
Sales.
4. Develop exclusive plans for Non-Performing Stores.
5. Optimize Spends by Tracking ROI of every marketing event/initiative.
6. Drive Loyalty program for the region.
7. Conduct periodic surveys & share the insights with the Management team.
8. Negotiate with agencies/vendors to ensure we deliver at the competitive
rates.
9. Agency/Vendor Management.
10. Gather Market Intelligence & Report the same with the line manager.
11. Manage a team of 2 people.
12. Closely work with Retail & Marketing
13. Liaise with relevant Stakeholders – Admin, Legal etc. for Marketing
related.

Must have atleast 4-6 years of experience
Have worked in a similar role
Role would require travelling
Candidates from Marketing in Retail Sector would be preferred
Should have Masters / PG in Business Administration
