Job Description


Attend to IT Service desk enquiries over telephone call and emails.
Log the enquiry as SD ticket and ensure ticket is categorized, prioritized,
and assigned correctly.
Log the enquiry as service request and ensure it is assigned correctly.
Ensure adequate information for the ticket is captured from the user for L2/L3
teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Monitor and manage active SD tickets - in progress, pending, escalations, as
necessary.
Follow up on in progress / pending tickets with respective IT teams.
Report statistics on SD tickets.
Monitor SLA and KPI of HD tickets along with user satisfaction.
Compile periodic SD reports for management on SD performance.
Suggest & create topics for KB articles.
Ensure SD tickets meet QA standard.
Attend IM tasks when required.
Follow up with the vendors on the ticket progress.
Other tasks as assigned by manager/ lead.
