During your tenure as an IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager, you will
demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
* Maintain existing network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless controllers, firewalls etc.
* Perform network design and integration
* Provide Server Support, network and host-based security, incident response, and firewall\VPN management
* Maintain existing forest with thorough knowledge in sites and branch office connectivity.
* Maintain AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO etc.
* Implement and maintain the Operational management process, including establishing standardized processes and procedures for service availability, risk assessment and risk treatment of mitigation
* Produce reports or presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions, or recommend changes and oversee analysis of current or proposed business operations to identify areas of potential loss or damage and quantify impact
* Develop and implement sustainable operational procedures, which includes all legal, privacy and regulatory requirements and conducts assessments to identify non-compliance
* Monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems and procedures to protect the systems and data from unauthorized users
* Identify potential threats, respond to reported security violations and recommend corrective actions to ensure data security
* Research, recommend and implement changes to procedures and systems to enhance data systems security
* Recommend, schedule (where appropriate), and apply fixes, security patches, disaster recovery procedures, and any other measures required in the event of an outage or security breach
* Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of security enhancement and Service development efforts

Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
* ‎10+ years' experience in Information Technology roles with progressive management & technical responsibilities
* Previous experience in working with teams supporting enterprise infrastructure
* Proven, in-depth technical knowledge of Information technology principles and process and writing IT policy
* Experience with Data Center operations in a large enterprise
* Proven experience in analyzing RCA and developing plan to mitigate the same
* Experience in driving procedures for problem management and managing documents
* Ability to strategize activities to reduce MTTR for varied network services
* Ability to implement and manage security compliance program
* Operational experience with CrowdStrike, Microsoft Data Protection Manager and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
* Experience in developing and maintaining server infrastructure of more than ‎500 servers
* Demonstrated understanding of project management principles
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
* Ability to conduct and direct research into availability issues and products as required
* Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
