The team you'll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated
services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a
strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio
access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:
* Work as expert to provide Technical Support for Nokia customers.
* Create and maintain high level of skills in latest cellular technologies and Nokia products.
* Gain customer support experience by analyzing, investigating, and solving the technical issues indicated by the customers.
* 24x7 ROTA support, i.e., ready to work on emergency support during out of office hours.
* Self-disciplined, self-motivated and ability to organize and prioritize time effectively. Ability to think quickly, take the initiative and willingness to make judgment calls.
* Regular update of Case Handling tools and follow-up with R&D on escalated topics.
Your skills and experience
Position Requirements:
* Fresh Graduate
* End-user / customer problem investigation
* Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction
* Team player, open communication, and ability to work in international team
* Capability to build relationship with customer as well as internal project team (Mandatory)
Education & Experience or Other Requirements:
* BS or MS in Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Engineering
* Should have theoretical knowledge of Cellular Radio Networks and the technologies prevailing in the market (especially 4G & 5G)
* Must have the ability to communicate effectively within team and with the customer
* Must be able to work using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Must be fluent in English (verbal and written)
