General Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The General Manager for Aspen Medical Saudi Arabia is responsible for leading
and overseeing the business unit operations and employee productivity,
building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and
organisational outcomes are met.
About the role:
* Collaborate with the Group CEO and relevant manager in setting and driving organisational vision and operational strategy.
* Translate strategy into actioable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organisation-wide goal setting, which includes annual financial, operational and clinical KPIs.
* Ensure all projects deliver high quality of health services, meet regulatory requirements and maintain a profitable business.
* Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders particularly relationships with the government and contracting body.
* Timely and accurate reporting requirements are met at all times.
* Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations, and department activities.
* Focus on data related to productivity and revenue generation and make performance assessments based on this data.
* In consultation with the relevant stakeholders, set standards and work with directors and middle managers to ensure that processes, training, and quality services reflect these standards.
* Work with relevant managers to ensure that optimal workforce levels are set throughout the company, and all departments have sufficient resources.
* Responsible for Health, Safety and Environment systems.
* Provide the CEO with feedback and counsel on Clinical Governance and clinical issues.
* Represent Aspen Medical in its relationships with key industry and business representatives.
The successful candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related
* minimum of ‎8 years of experience managing a healthcare facility or similar environment
* proven experience working with a diverse team of professionals in a flexible environment that is focused on the delivery of specific outcomes-based deliverables
* Have led at least a medium-size organization (annual turnover > AUD3.0M), including reporting to a Board of Directors
* Have significant experience in managing or overseeing ambulance operations
