and developing in-house applications and product teams optimising and
integrating major third party solutions. The rate of growth across divisions

scalable and business enabling infrastructure and systems in line with global
benchmark standards.
Role : IT Procurement Officer
Responsibilities
* Research potential vendors
* Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
* Assess supplier profiles and analyze offers
* Track orders and ensure timely delivery
* Review quality of purchased products
* Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
* Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
* Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
* Enter financial transactions into internal databases (Omniflow Sheet)
* Reconcile bank statements
* Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
* Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
* Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
* Take up other duties as assigned (new arrangements, schedules etc.)
Requirements and skills
* Proven working experience similar role in the information technology sector
* Knowledge on Oracle system
* Good client-facing and internal communication skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Diploma/BBA/Bcom
* Females preferred
