Performs technical laboratory duties as well as basic data analysis in support
of a research project and part of a scientific team and trains students.
1. Conducts tests and experiments and data collection to support research
activities.
2. Carries out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies
according to established protocols and procedures.
3. Performs data analysis using software programs.
4. Operates and maintains laboratory instruments. Follows all laboratory
safety rules and regulations.
5. Maintains experimental data and laboratory reports/procedures.
Bachelor of Science (BSc), or Associate Degree Diploma from an accredited
institution in a scientific discipline relevant to the research field is
required.
Two (2) years of related experience with a Bachelor Degree or four (4) years
with an Associate Degree required.
